Who is MED-SURG for?
MED-SURG connects medical equipment buyers and sellers across Pakistan, including clinics, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and equipment suppliers.
Is it free to use?
Buyer accounts are free. Sellers choose a paid membership in the app. Current plans, prices, and available payment methods are shown before you submit a payment.
Can I list used or refurbished equipment?
Yes. Approved sellers can submit new, used, or refurbished equipment with photos and full details. Every new or edited listing is reviewed before it appears in the marketplace.
What if I can’t find the equipment I need?
Post a buyer requirement with the equipment, quantity, condition, and budget you have in mind. Suppliers can respond with private offers, and you can continue the conversation in the app.
How do payments work?
Seller membership payments are made by bank transfer to the official company account shown in the app. Upload a receipt for the team to review. Equipment purchases are discussed directly between the buyer and seller; the app does not provide an equipment checkout.
Does the app support Urdu?
Yes. MED-SURG supports English and Urdu, including a right-to-left layout for Urdu. You can change your language on the sign-in screen or in settings.
